R. Shane Uber

Shane Uber, Esq., is a life-long resident of Chautauqua County. Mr. Uber obtained his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University College of Law. While at Michigan State, his accomplishments included being published in the Ingham County Bar Journal on the topic of Fair Housing Practices under the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act in Michigan, and also a member of the Phil Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He also received the Jurisprudence Award for top student performance based upon representation of indigent clients before the Ingham County District and Circuit Courts while practicing at the Michigan State University College of Law Housing Clinic.
Prior to obtaining his law degree, Mr. Uber graduated from the University at Buffalo, receiving a degree is History and Philosophy of Law.
He is a member of the Jamestown Bar Association and a member of the JBA Real Estate Committee. Mr. Uber is licensed in New York State Court, the Federal Court for the Western District of New York, and the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York.
Mr. Uber focuses his practice on the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions and financing; personal injury, criminal defense; divorce and family law; construction law and OSHA proceedings; corporate and employer counseling, including acquisitions, administration and strategic planning.
