R. Shane Uber
Attorney

Shane Uber, Esq., is a life-long resident of Chautauqua County. Mr. Uber obtained his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University College of Law. While at Michigan State, his accomplishments included being published in the Ingham County Bar Journal on the topic of Fair Housing Practices under the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act in Michigan, and also a member of the Phil Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He also received the Jurisprudence Award for top student performance based upon representation of indigent clients before the Ingham County District and Circuit Courts while practicing at the Michigan State University College of Law Housing Clinic. 

Prior to obtaining his law degree, Mr. Uber graduated from the University at Buffalo, receiving a degree is History and Philosophy of Law.

He is a member of the Jamestown Bar Association and a member of the JBA Real Estate Committee. Mr. Uber is licensed in New York State Court, the Federal Court for the Western District of New York, and the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York.

Mr. Uber focuses his practice on the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions and financing; landlord-tenant law; criminal defense; divorce and family law; construction law and OSHA proceedings; corporate and employer counseling, including acquisitions, administration and strategic planning; personal injury; and civil litigation.


Sean W. Uber
Attorney

Sean W. Uber, Esq., is a life-long resident of Chautauqua County. Mr. Uber obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University at Buffalo School of Law. While at the University at Buffalo, he was a member for the Environmental Law Society, and received the CALI Excellence for the Future award for highest scoring student in Climate Change Law & Policy.

Prior to obtaining his law degree, Mr. Uber graduated from Clarion University, receiving a degree in Environmental Geoscience, with a concentration in Atmospheric/Oceanic Science.

Mr. Uber focuses his practice on the areas of corporate and employer counseling, including acquisitions, administration and strategic planning; residential and commercial real estate transactions and financing; landlord-tenant law; criminal defense; personal injury; divorce and family law; civil litigation; and estate planning and administration.



Legal Assistant

Elizabeth Giuffre, has been a resident of Chautauqua County, serving as a legal assistant and notary for over 12 years. Ms. Giuffre is a graduate of Jamestown Business College, receiving a Legal Assistant Degree. She is experienced in all practice matters, but focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate matters, as well as wills, trusts and estates.
